Andy Dennis

About

Andy Dennis has spent most of his life in Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his B.S. in Finance. Prior to Andy joining TSCG in 2016, he was a financial advisor and branch manager with a local firm. Andy specializes in tenant representation, focusing on site selection and market analysis for national and regional retailers throughout Alabama and Mississippi. Andy is a member of the ICSC, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (formally known as the International Council of Shopping Centers), and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. He is happily married to his wife, Katie and has two boys, Luke and Jack.

What to know

Andy enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an Alabama sports fan and enjoys tennis (well, now pickleball), traveling, coaching his sons’ sports teams and wing shooting.
