David Andrews, CCIM

About

David is a partner of our Virginia Division leading the Richmond office. David is involved in site selection for retailers, land acquisition for retail and mixed-use projects, surplus building and land disposition, and landlord representation. He has handled transactions with numerous national retailers having participated in all phases of the development process including marketing, contract negotiation, pro forma analysis, site layout, and governmental approval processes. Previously, David was a founding partner of Dominion Commercial Realty he sold to TSCG and with Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffer. David graduated from Virginia Tech and received the Real Estate Post Baccalaureate Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. David is a member of the Richmond Real Estate Group and the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence.
