About
David Birnbrey is the Chairman and co-CEO of TSCG, responsible for the overall direction of the company’s tenant representation practice, marketing, and training. He began his career in industrial real estate sales and leasing with I.J. Kapplin and Company before joining TSCG in 1984, when the company’s headquarters was in a 2-room executive suite. David graduated from the Henry Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia majoring in News/Editorial. He has served on numerous charitable boards and is active in ICSC, Chainlinks Retail Network, CRC Gold Council of U.L.I., and ICSC Political Action Committee. He is a frequent speaker at industry events throughout the country and a passionate trainer and mentor to young people inside and outside the real estate industry.
What to know
David is the proud father of 3 and grandfather to 7 and counting. He loves his golf, SEC football, and good eating.
