About

Jamie Standard was born and raised in Austell, Georgia, and began her career working in retail real estate in 1993 for Epsteen and Associates in San Diego, CA (A ChainLinks Member), as their GIS/Mapping and Marketing Specialist. In 1998 she moved to Virginia and worked as a GIS mapper for the Newport News office of TSCG. In 2000, Jamie transferred back home to Georgia and joined the management team at the corporate level. Over the years as the company grew, Jamie’s role changed from GIS, Marketing, Event Planning, Conventions, and IT to focus on Operations and Human Resources. She continued her education and acquired the designation of Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). As the Managing Director of Human Resources & Operations, she is responsible for human resources, benefits administration, event planning, and office buildouts for TSCG.

What to know

Jamie is happily married to Tim Standard and they have 2 boys, Wesley and Brett. Jamie enjoys sports and after many years of playing softball and golf, she loves to attend sporting events with her family. She is Co-Director of Strike Out Breast Cancer, a charity baseball tournament group that raises money for Its the Journey, the producer of the Georgia 2 Day walk for breast cancer awareness.
