Stephanie McCullough joined TSCG in 2008. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida and spent her formative years in Brentwood, Tennessee. As Executive Vice President and Partner, she leads the North Florida office and specializes in landlord and tenant representation.  Stephanie’s depth of market knowledge and extensive experience in retail development, analyzing trade areas, strategic planning, site selection and contract negotiation have defined her as the leading industry expert in the region. Stephanie has been named one of Tomorrow’s Leaders in the Southeast, recognized as Jacksonville’s top 40 Under 40 and consistently achieves recognition as a Top Producer regionally and company-wide. Stephanie has served on various planning committees and is an active member of ICSC, Director of TSCG’s Leasing Training Program, actively participates as a Women in Chainlinks mentor and serves on the Board of Directors for Chainlinks Retail Advisors.

What to know

Stephanie is a proud mother of two wonderful young ladies. She and her husband are actively involved in the local community as Ambassadors to St. Mark’s Episcopal, co-chairs for the Episcopal School of Jacksonville Fund and serving on the event committee for A Vision for Art. A graduate of Florida State University, Stephanie is anxiously awaiting the time when FSU dominates college football once again.
